With our combination of design experience, in-house manufacturing capability and knowledgeable team, we can supply timber stairs and handrails to your project including everything from individual new homes to large terraced housing developments of 5-100 homes or more.

Stylecraft Stairways was founded by current owner and managing director Michael Turley in 1992, in a small factory in Wellington.
Having previously trained as a carpenter/joiner, he found there was a gap in the Wellington market for a reputable staircase and kitchen joiner and started out on his own.
Over the years, he moved his focus solely onto stairs as he realised that few others specialised in this technical product, and there was plenty of demand from builders, architects and homeowners seeking a quality and reliable stair supplier.
With his whole career having been spent in the construction industry, Michael has trained his team to be experts at what they do, meaning we can offer you everything from a single basic carpet quality stair, to 100+ stairs required for terraced homes and apartments, to architectural steel stairs in high end residences around New Zealand.
Today our team works nationwide, focusing on stairs and handrails for new residential building projects of any size, using our motto of Quality, Service and Expertise to continually deliver satisfaction to our customers.
